training . Woke up in the

Bathed , then Adli came .
Went to JP to buy
soocks .
After
that , went to training .
The physical part ain't fun .
So next week , Coach Swandi Ahmad
will come . He's the former Gombak United
coach . And he's going to sponsor free H-Two-O :D
Overall training was hella fun .
So can't wait for next week [:
